Headache after Exercising?

Headaches after working out can result from several factors, including dehydration, poor posture, tension, or low blood sugar. These “exercise headaches” often occur during or after intense physical activity, especially in hot weather or when you’re not properly fueled. Straining the neck or holding your breath during lifting can also trigger pain. To prevent post-workout headaches, stay well-hydrated, warm up properly, maintain good form, and avoid skipping meals. If headaches persist or are severe, it’s important to consult a doctor, as they could signal an underlying issue like high blood pressure or vascular problems that require medical attention.
