3D Healing for Trauma

When a traumatic event happens, emotional information is created and then stored in two places – as a memory in our brain and as an emotion/feeling in the body! Stored and unprocessed emotional trauma is the root cause of many health issues as proven in numerous scientific clinical research studies around the world. The energetic stored negative emotion can be easily removed without pain through the use of a new 3D-Healing application based on Quantum Hypnotherapy. If you experienced a traumatic event, seek help. PTSD can be resolved so that life can continue to be in a happy place.

Covid 19 continues to disrupt our routines. BC casinos and gaming centres remain closed as per public health order closures. Consequently, online gambling platforms have experienced an increase in play. This shift may worsen risk factors including social isolation and increased substance use as well as an increase in use of credit to gamble. The Responsible & Problem Gambling Program remains committed to serving the people of BC 24/7. Our support services include outreach, education, and counselling services by phone, text, web chat, or in person, all of which are FREE of charge. Is your Carpet Making You Sick?

Do you know what’s really lurking in carpet? Carpet attracts and hides some of the worst allergens, bacteria, germs, organisms and other hazardous particles. Dirty carpets can affect your health and the indoor air quality of your home. The average home can accumulate up to 40 lbs. of dust per year. Your carpet also harbors a number of species of bed bugs, fleas and dust mites. Mites can cause allergies through their molted skin, waste and through the mites themselves. Having your carpets professionally deep cleaned can reduce the amount of unseen pests, prevent sickness and allergies, and remove or prevent undesirable odors.

Help for Mask Anxiety

Face mask conversations seem to go one of two ways — a debate about why people should wear one or a debate about why they won’t wear one. But there is another stance that we might not be taking into consideration. For some people, the thought of wearing a mask can cause a great deal of stress or even panic. This is known as mask anxiety. Mask anxiety is a very real thing for people who have anxiety disorders, who suffer from trauma, or sensory processing. Simply wearing a mask is not as straightforward for everyone. If you could benefit from a mask-anxiety coaching session, please connect with me.

Hearing Loss & Loneliness

One of the biggest health concerns associated with hearing loss is loneliness. Often, an individual with hearing loss will be become more socially isolated as they are unable to keep up with everyday conversation. They tend to withdraw or not attend events knowing it is too frustrating to participate. Loneliness is also associated with dementia and premature death. Treating your hearing loss can help prevent dementia, keep up communication, stop depression, and the feeling of being alone.

The Obstructive Sleep Apnea Connection

An estimated 40% of men who have type II diabetes have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and 50% of long-term OSA sufferers have high blood pressure. Studies show that depressed people are five times more likely to have OSA than non-depressed people. Sleep apnea is strongly associated with obesity (even moderate obesity). In the US, an estimated 40,000 cardiovascular deaths are thought to be related to OSA each year. Ask your Doctor about getting a sleep study done to see if Obstructive Sleep Apnea might be affecting your health.

Estate Accounting

Executors are legally obligated to regularly provide an accounting to beneficiaries of an estate, within two years of death and at least every two years thereafter. Early in the process, executors should discuss with the estate lawyer the best way to report to the beneficiaries any financial activity involving estate assets. It’s important to consider the estate’s assets and liabilities, settle on a manner in which to record the details of the financial activity and be prepared to provide an accounting at any time to those who are entitled to that information.

Need a B12 Shot?

Cobalamin, or vitamin B12, is a water-soluble vitamin that we normally get through the animal-based foods in our diets. A vegetarian diet, surgery, medication, age and even chronic stress may contribute to deficiency. You may want to investigate your B12 level if you have migraines, tingling or numbness in hands or feet, osteoporosis, seasonal allergies, anxiety, hypothyroidism, neurological disorders and mixed anemias. Our holistic pharmacist can order bloodwork and complete an assessment for you. To note, most injections (including methyl-B12) are fully covered when provided by a pharmacist. Walk-in Day (no appointment needed) is every Friday.
