coping strategies, and staying connected to help combat
isolation. Educate yourself about warning signs, whether it be
for yourself, a loved one, a child in need, create a safety plan,
encourage professional help. Remember, you are NOT alone—
reach out. Prioritize safety, seek help, and work towards a
healthier, more hopeful tomorrow. Embrace life!

Raspberry Spinach Salad

Spinach Raspberry Salad
3 tbl spoons Canola Oil
2 tbl spoons Raspberry Vinegar
2 tbl spoons Raspberry Jam
0.12 tsp Pepper
8 cups Torn Fresh Spinach
2 cups Fresh Raspberries
4 tbl spoons Almonds (slivered, toasted, divided)
½ cup Onion (thinly sliced)
3 Kiwifruit (peeled and sliced)
1 cup Seasoned Salad Croutons
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, jam and pepper; shake well. In a large salad bowl, gently combine spinach, 1 cup of raspberries, 2 tablespoons almonds and onion. Top with kiwi, croutons and remaining berries and almonds. Drizzle with dressing

Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a winterrific family-friendly 2 or 5 km fundraising walk in support of local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
