Event begins at 10:00am with an overview of bone health and osteoporosis. Next, our keynote speaker Dr. Susan Whiting will present on Nutrition and Bone Health and will discuss nutrition “From Label to Plate” and how to ensure you are getting what you need. There will also be tables to visit with information and activities available for bone health. Event is free but registration is required.
