“Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.” – Orison Swett Marden

Bio-Resonance Therapy for Self-Care
Focusing on self-care is an important way to maintain your overall mental and physical well-being. Bio-resonance therapy can easily be incorporated into your self-care routine. This non-invasive therapy can help to assess your general health by measuring and analyzing your body’s electrical impulses using computer technology. Essentially, our bodies regulate themselves through information exchange between our various cells. Lifestyle factors such as stress, an unhealthy diet, and a sedentary lifestyle can cause a disruption of this communication. Bio-resonance therapy can help identify and cancel out unhealthy frequency patterns to help reduce the amount of stress your body experiences.
The Benefits of Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning ‘universal life energy’ that also describes a vibrational healing practice during which a practitioner places their hands lightly on the client’s head and body. During the session, Reiki flows through the practitioner to the client. Everyone can benefit from Reiki, as it can relax muscles, still the mind, ease pain, and accelerate healing. It can help clients feel rebalanced and reduce their stress, and can also help improve sleep, breathing, digestion, mind clarity, and well-being. Reiki can be used to compliment other prescribed medical treatments to increase their benefits, allowing the body to heal.
Curious about Keto?
The keto diet is hugely popular, with good reason! Keto is short for ketosis, a state where your body burns fat for energy instead of glucose (sugar). Glucose is the body’s default fuel source. However, we are equally capable of using fat for fuel and given that many of us store more fat on our bodies than we’d like, keto offers an elegant solution. While the initial appeal is weight loss, keto boasts a host of other health benefits including: balancing blood sugar, addressing insulin resistance, reducing inflammation, shutting down cravings, boosting energy, and turning your brain back on – no more forgetting where you left your keys!

EMFs and Melatonin Suppression
Melatonin is a hormone found in all living creatures. Also called the “sleep hormone” – its production increases with evening darkness. It is a powerful antioxidant with a role in protecting DNA as well as other benefits. EMFs play havoc with the production of melatonin. This has been shown to cause circadian rhythm sleep disorders, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, glaucoma, depressive disorder, breast and prostate cancer and others (Pandi-Perumal 2008b https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18571301/). Paying attention to EMFs around your home and length of exposure can go a long way to getting you back to a healthier you.
