Physio after Abdominal Surgery
Abdominal surgery can be a daunting and challenging experience and most people don’t consider physiotherapy after having their gall bladder removed! However, physiotherapy plays a crucial role in the recovery process and can help alleviate many common post-surgery symptoms. Following any surgery that requires perforation of the abdomen, physiotherapy can help reduce pain and discomfort, improve mobility and flexibility, strengthen the abdominal muscles, improve breathing and lung function, essentially help speed up the recovery process. Your abdomen is part of your core and it is essential for returning to an active lifestyle. Click here for more info – https://dianeleephysio.com/services/rehab-after-surgery/abdominal-surgery/
