Healthy Apple Pie Breakfast Parfaits
INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 2 apples chopped, 1 tsp maple syrup, 2 tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup chia seeds, ¼ quick oats, 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup granola, ½ cup coconut yogurt. DIRECTIONS: Heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the apples, syrup, and cinnamon. Sauté until apples are softened and starting to caramelize about 6 – 8 minutes. Stir together the chia seeds, oats and almond milk. Set aside. Once the apples are done, remove from heat and prepare parfaits. Divide chia-oat pudding evenly between four jars. Top with 2 tablespoons of granola, 1/4 of the apples and top with 2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt. Enjoy!

Meet Dr. Robert Hogarth
Dr. Hogarth has been helping patients feel better since 2014. He is a graduate of the Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary and the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. Dr. Hogarth is a member of various professional organizations such as the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Holistic Dental Association, and the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine. 40th Anniversary Celebrations
We have continued to celebrate throughout 2022 here at Brandon Seniors for Seniors Co-op Inc. to commemorate our 40th Anniversary. We will officially turn 40 years young on November 15, 2022, and plan to celebrate with hot beverages and cakes.
Carving and Chip Carving

TAPS (Technology Access Program for Seniors)

Men’s Club
Did you know that Brandon Seniors for Seniors Co-op Inc. had a Men’s Club? For approximately 2.5 years, the Men’s Club has created a workspace where like-minded men can work shoulder-to-shoulder. Local volunteer men created this club to address a growing need to supply a safe space for men to meet weekly, share ideas, life experiences and supply value to Brandon.
